  • Personal Training

    Sharon specialises in women's fitness. All sessions are personalised and tailored to suit the individual. A typical session could include a combination of weights and cardio style circuits which will help with strength and toning, fat burning, physique transformation and functional movement.

  • Outdoor Group Fitness Training

    Group training gives you the extra encouragement boost you need to get up and active, while keeping your health and fitness goals in check. Sharon's group training sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and build strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. The sessions are welcoming, fun, interactive and supportive.
