My name is Nathan Ganino. I believe strongly in living a healthy and active lifestyle as I feel this influences personal well-being and quality of life. Good Health incorporates a holistic approach, it’s a lifestyle choice that includes training, healthy nutritional diet, indulging in good behaviours and having a positive outlook on life which will impact positively towards one’s mental, physical and emotional development. People who decide to change their lives and behaviours prepare themselves to set and achieve goals, boost self-esteem and confidence and most importantly enjoy life!
I have been involved in sports since a young age and developed a strong passion for strength and fitness training from the age of 16. I have completed Fitness Industry certifications with a certificate 3, 4 and Diploma. I completed my Bachelor of physical and health education degree at the University of Wollongong in 2015.
During my studies I have trained a variety of clients, allowing me to expand my practical skills and feel confident in working with clients of all ages and with different physical and medical conditions. Natalie is an internationally acclaimed dance teacher and has been the principal of Rhythmic Moves School of Dance & Performing Arts for the past twenty-two years. Through dancing, she was introduced to Pilates as a form of “cross-training” for dancers. After discovering the benefits of Pilates in her own personal practice, Natalie dedicated herself to the intense instructor training to become a certified Mat Pilates Instructor to share this knowledge with others.
Natalie is continually inspired by how Pilates re-educates and heals the body whilst strengthening & toning the body, and improving flexibility, postural alignment and core strength. She enjoys working with “every”body regardless of their fitness level. Natalie’s classes are full of fun, yet challenging, ‘full body’ workouts that emphasise the foundational principles of Pilates whilst offering modifications to suit the individual needs of her clients.
Each of Natalie’s mat classes may have a different focus however, the mind-body connection always remains a constant, which is the first step in successful Pilates practice. In her work, Natalie has found that when properly understood and practiced, this connection accelerates desired results both physically and mentally.
Natalie is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and encourages them to have fun, and to enjoy Pilates and all of its benefits along the way.
