I joined summit fitness studio this year in May. I have really enjoyed my time at the studio. From the start of my summit experience Wade has been a great trainer and mentor to help me achieve my fitness goals. I enjoy all of the classes that summit has to offer and I also enjoy the Pilates classes as this has also helped me achieve goals. At summit fitness it's not just about getting in there and training, wade has taught me the importance of exercise and how it benefits my health and most importantly he focuses on great technique. All training is suited for all age groups as wade focuses the training on each individual's weaknesses and strengths. I love training at summit fitness as the training sessions are always different and most importantly FUN!!
I have been with Summit Fitness for more than two years and it has challenged and improved me physically. I would not have been able to even run for 20 seconds prior to joining Summit but now am able to run 4 km. It's a personal achievement and a habit I'm so glad I've incorporated into my weekly routine. The Pilates sessions have slowly but surely strengthened my core, and made me aware of areas of weakness and potential injury. Fitness is great fun with others, whether it's in the Women Only circuit, where I've gotten to know some lovely ladies, Tabata on Saturday mornings at Towradgi beach watching the sun rise, or at a mat Pilates class with Natalie. Thank you for a wide range of classes to suit everyone and great team of trainers.

Not to forget - Family Friendly and a very friendly Family! Simone is one of the Best and most inspiring Trainer I have ever met. Focused on each individual member, which is hard to find and at the same time, connecting people and community. It's not just training, It is personal, communal and a whole lot of fun! Anyone looking for real change - Summit is the way to go!
